Today was the start of my new healthy self (hopefully I can stay dedicated)! I just got back from Pensacola on Saturday and I'm trying to recover from eating horribly, only one workout the whole week (and that was only a yoga class), and an illness that made me feel like I was dying. I AM NOT motivated. I do, however, know how amazing I feel when I work out regularly and eat clean so I am manipulating myself into motivatation. I am a better mom, better wife, better friend, and a happier person in general. I couldn't get out of the bed at 5am this morning so I had to dread my first workout all day long. Once I got home, waited for the pest control guy to spray, fed and bathed my kid, spent some quality time with him, and begged him to go night night for an hour...I finally got my first taste of TF. Shew...Chalene is like a drill Sargent. I like her...she is exactly what I need. I also ran across her YouTube channel today. Anything you need to know about fitness can be found there. This could possibly be my soulmate workout. I'm pumped!!!! I am super thankful for Shannon..who always pushes me to stay on the right track (sometimes without even knowing it)!

Start an Arbonne business? Don't mind if I do. What do I have to lose besides $79. What do I have to win? A free Mercedes, free annual vacations, free pure/safe/beneficial/vegan/gluten free products, an income that I never thought possible, a supportive/positive/love what they do team to work with, more time with my family and only working 10 hours a week, life insurance, the opportunity to will my business (that keeps earning income after I'm gone), and the list goes on and on. The possibilities are endless and I am so excited to have finally (after four years of watching my good friend/sponsor Domonique climb toward the top of Arbonne) made the decision to take control of my success. Today is day four of my healthy lifestyle change. Day 1 I blogged about, day two was my rest day, day three I took my portable DVD player to work and did my workout (well half of it because I was having wardrobe malfunctions), and today is day four. I got up early this morning to workout only to discover that the day 4 of turbo fire required resistance bands (which I do not own) so I did my backup workout-30 day shred. It's amazing how much better I feel when I do my workouts early in the morning rather than at night.

I am constantly battling my eating habits. I am really trying to work on it. My goal is to plan my meals in advance as opposed to finding something when I get hungry. One day at a time I am going to get stronger, healthier, and change my lifestyle!!!
